I like food, baseball, mexico, my friends. Sometimes I like literature. I blog the dopest shit.
I usually follow back.
and sometimes, when Im having a bad day, or a bad week, or a bad start-of-the-semester, I just want them to retire and sell the house and move to Mexico with me. But then I think about how much they have sacrificed to see me be a successful adult, and I remember that I’m not there yet, so I suck it up and finish my paper.
Yup.
but I still kick myself as I try to finish writing because I hate my classes, and Im afraid I’ll hate my career once I graduate. Is this normal?
@8 months agoIm back from Mexico. Went for ten days. that trip was way too short.
@9 months agoNo job since the school year is over. I don’t know what I’m going to do with myself.

These are my favorite. Most of my childhood television memories consist of being forced to watch El Chavo and El Chapulin Colorado, so I was really excited to come across these guys in Chalma, when I was in Mexico over the summer. My family and I went to the famous church, and someone was selling them in the market just outside.
Holden Caulfield thinks you’re a phony!
Now available at http://dft.ba/holden“The worst part was, the jerk had one of those very phony, Ivy League voices, one of very tired, snobby voices. He had to meet a bunch of phonies for cocktails, he said. They kill me, those guys.”
So when I was on tour, a nerdfighter named Marina (who has a tumblr but I forget the url) gave me this shirt that she had designed, and I loved the shirt, and I wanted more people to have it, so now we are releasing it through DFTBA. Yay! Shirts are in stock and ship immediately.
Hey, hey. Remember how my birthday is coming up?
here’s a sweet pencil holder(?) I saw in Mexico when I was there last summer. I sure wish I didn’t run out of money and I had a way to bring back all these cool souvenirs, or I would have bought a bunch of this stuff.
omg my parents are watching a thing on the news about internet addiction and I am honestly scared for my life right now
@5 months agobut the truth is I have no idea.
@8 months agoIf you have a really long text post, or your posts are just pictures with long quotes over them, then I’m probably just going to skip over them. If I wanted to read I would actually do my homework.
@11 months agoI can’t wait to go back to Mexico this summer. I really hope my brother or my friends can come with me, but more than anything I really want some time to go and regenerate some creativity with time off. Did I ever mention that I sometimes think about moving there for a little while? like, to teach english, even if only for six months? I would love to, even if for a short while, just for the experience (and more importantly, to be closer to my parents in better understanding our family’s culture).
The only problem is that we would have no internet and I would be super lonely without a way to talk to my friends (y’know, in case they can’t go).
